   I am, Maxim Magirovskiy, owner and Director of Group of companies "Libra - Maxima", welcome to our website.
  The group of companies "Libra - Maxima" is an international company that was founded in 2005.
    Since 2005, my company engaged in the support of people from different countries who want to receive a quality education in Russia, an interesting job, as well as the citizenship of the Russian Federation.
   The group of companies "Libra - Maxima" carries out its activities strictly respecting international and national law. In Russia we have Agency agreements with state colleges and universities, cooperate with the Department on migration Affairs of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of education, NGOs. Abroad we are working with the consular institutions of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and offices of the Federal Agency "Rossotrudnichestvo".
   In 2013, we launched a unique international private - public project called "Education. Work. Citizenship in the Russian Federation". Participation in the project gives the opportunity to foreign citizens to receive high-quality professional education in public colleges and universities in Russia at the best price, get the opportunity to work legally in their free time, after graduation to apply for acquisition of citizenship of the Russian Federation in a simplified manner. Participation in this unique project allows a foreign citizen step by step, completely legal to become a full member of the society of our country, the citizen, by a qualified technician.
   In 2014 we started to accept the first students from Asia. To date, more than 200 people from the CIS countries, South and Southeast Asia took part in our project, we offer the best training programs state colleges and universities of the Russian Federation.           The cost of the first year is designed on the principle of "all inclusive". Provides for a phased process of paying tuition.
